Food is Delicious as always. Was extremely satisfied with the customer service, the manager was kind enough to check in on us and refilled our drinks and the young man cleaning up was quick to notice we needed a carryout box for leftovers! Thank you Shake Shack Crew!
Amazing burgers and fries. We had the black truffle burger and the smokey shack. Both were super good. The cookies and cream milkshake was amazing, better than other shakes we’ve tried on the area. Service was great as well, we had two people checking on us. There was a sweet lady, Karin, making sure everything went right. She was so amazing. We will definitely be coming back.
Paul and Vickie (maybe Vicky) always make our experience memorable and enjoyable. Every employee there is friendly and welcoming, but those two really go above and beyond to make you feel special. The food is always great and service is a 10/10 every single time. I’ve stopped going to all my other “fast food” burger places in lieu of Shake Shack!
Food was definitely good, a little pricey, but honestly not bad compared to other burger places in the same class. I certainly don't mind paying a little extra for the better quality. The best part of the whole experience, without question, was Vicki. She was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, really went above and beyond, and had such a great attitude and charming personality. Both me and my girlfriend absolutely loved her. Whatever she is getting paid, she deserves that and more. Such a sweet and kind person.
Food is delicious. The space was open and clean. And the staff is the highlight of this location. I spoke to two members and they were both awesome. Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.
Genuinely impressed. Longtime Whataburger fan, but their service has gone down like the value of the USD. First time at Shake Shack tonight. Celebrated my hairy child’s 9th birthday the right way. Food was solid. Staff & service were excellent. Facilities were clean, lots of outdoor dining as well. Zero complaints, would recommend. Smoke Shack burger is an A. The standard ShakeShack burger is no slouch, either. Add mayo if you’re Canadian or just want to balance the burger. Good shake options as well. The standard chocolate shake is enough for two people to share.
Our 1st time here i had the avocado burger, the meat tasted soo good. The avocados were just right as well. Burger tasted like it was fresh off the grill. The bun was very well made held together long enough but as soon as it went in your mouth it started melting it was epic. Would recommend. It was a little more than regular fast food though.
Of course the Burger exceeded my Expectations. But, Karin, who took my order, and brought my Food, is a Rock Star. Super friendly and helpful to me as a first timer here. PROMOTE HER? Hamburger was perfect. Fifty-fifty lemonade/Ice tea was amazing. Good vibe. But it was Karin that left the mark. Come here folks.
